Should landlords invest their tenants deposits in an interest bearing account and is the tenant entitled to the interest accrued?
That’s a good question. Should and what is differs quite a lot. I think it depends on what is in your agreement, and whether or not you accept it in the agreement. Is there a regulation about it?
