GREAT NEWS FOR RETURNING PROPERTY PRACTITIONERS!
by Louise Fourie Africa Estate • 1 MIN • 234 Words
Property Practitioners,
We have some exciting news for those of you who were in the real estate industry before but took a break and are thinking about coming back.
Penalties Have Been Waived!
In the past, if you didn’t renew your Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) on time, you would have had to pay penalties. But now, if you weren’t working in the real estate industry during your break, those penalties have been waived! This means you can reapply without worrying about paying extra fees.
What You Need to Do
If you’re interested in getting back into the industry, all you need to do is fill out a simple PPRA Affidavit.
This document just says that you weren’t working as a property practitioner while you were away. Once you’ve filled it out, send it to the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), and you’ll be on your way to rejoining the industry.
